UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAM
LLB (Bachelor of Laws)
Overview
The LLB (Bachelor of Laws) program provides a comprehensive grounding in Pakistani and international law — constitutional law, criminal law, contracts, and jurisprudence — combined with legal research and drafting training. Structured to meet Higher Education Commission and Pakistan Bar Council requirements, the program builds toward practice-ready competence through sustained moot court and case-analysis work. MUST's law students argue regularly in moot court exercises and work through real case law rather than relying on lecture-based instruction alone, developing the advocacy and research skills the profession demands. Faculty with both academic and practicing legal backgrounds guide students toward Bar Council enrollment, judiciary examinations, or corporate legal roles upon graduation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Intermediate (any discipline — FSc, ICS, ICom, or equivalent) with a minimum of 45% marks, per Pakistan Bar Council eligibility requirements
- Passing the Law-GAT (Law entry test) or equivalent, as required by HEC/Pakistan Bar Council
- Passing MUST's admission test/interview as per current admission policy
