Lady Health Visitor Diploma (LHV)
Overview
The Lady Health Visitor (LHV) Diploma trains students in maternal and child health, community health education, immunization delivery, and basic primary healthcare, with a strong emphasis on rural and community outreach. The program follows the standard national LHV training framework, combining classroom instruction with supervised fieldwork in community health settings. Students complete extensive community fieldwork under faculty and field supervisor guidance, engaging directly with maternal health, immunization, and public health programs across Multan's surrounding communities. This practical, outreach-focused training prepares graduates for immediate frontline roles in public and community health centers, addressing a persistent need for trained health workers in underserved areas.
Eligibility Criteria
- Intermediate (FSc Pre-Medical preferred) with a minimum of 45% marks
- Female candidates only, per the standard national LHV training framework
- Passing MUST's admission test/interview as per current admission policy
