Overview

The BS (Information Technology) program prepares students to design, implement, and manage IT infrastructure — networks, systems administration, databases, and enterprise applications — with a practical, applied focus alongside core computing theory. Following HEC's Computing curriculum, the program builds toward hands-on IT operations competence across its eight-semester structure. IT students at MUST work hands-on with real networking, systems administration, and cloud infrastructure tools in dedicated labs, building operational competence rather than studying IT concepts abstractly. This practical, infrastructure-focused training prepares graduates for immediate IT support, systems administration, and infrastructure roles across public and private sector organizations.
