Overview

The BS (Human Nutrition & Dietetics) program trains students in food science, clinical nutrition, and dietary planning, building the biochemistry and physiology foundation needed to design and manage nutrition interventions for individuals and communities. The curriculum is aligned with HEC Allied Health Sciences standards across its eight-semester structure. Students apply nutrition science through clinical dietetics placements and community nutrition fieldwork, working directly with patients and community groups rather than studying nutrition theory alone. This practical exposure prepares graduates for roles as clinical dietitians, community nutrition officers, or in the growing food and sports nutrition industry.
